Though President Donald Trump honored our fallen soldiers on Memorial Day at Arlington National Cemetery with a moving speech on how we must remember their heroism, their sacrifices, and their families, he also had a few words for his political opposition, both in the speech and in a post shared to his social media platform, Truth Social.
In the post, Trump began by writing "Happy Memorial Day to all, including the scum that spent the last four years trying to destroy our country through warped radical left minds, who allowed 21,000,000 million people to illegally enter our country."
He went on to note in part that he felt that the criminal illegal immigrants whom his administration was trying to deport were being "protected by these USA hating judges who suffer from an ideology that is sick, and very dangerous for our country." He also called on the Supreme Court and other "good and compassionate judges" to "save us from the decisions of the monsters who want our country to go to hell."

Trump's post had former NBC News "Meet the Press" host Chuck Todd, a Democrat media apologist if there ever was one, fuming, accusing him of "divisiveness" and of "going out of his way" to keep the country divided:
"He intentionally doesn't want to govern for half the country. This should be disqualifying, right? The American president shouldn't be this divisive, intentionally divisive. We've had divisive figures, but he goes out of his way. He wants to be divisive. He doesn't even want to try to bring the country together. He wants this."
Hmm. "We've had divisive figures"? That line didn't seem to quite cover it, as Twitter/X netizens reminded the Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferer with a little reality check of what the last four years were like under Joe Biden:
