Earlier, RedState's Ward Clark reported on the release of the January jobs report, which turned out to be worse than anticipated, something the Trump administration was quick to point out.

"Today's jobs report reveals the Biden economy was far worse than anyone thought, and underscores the necessity of President Trump's pro-growth policies," White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said in a statement.

In an interview, National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett told Bloomberg News, "So what we learn with all these downward revisions, is that the Biden economy, the Biden jobs market, was way worse than markets thought." 

The headlines that splashed across the front pages of various news websites also said it all:

Another headline that spoke volumes was from Forbes, which read "January Jobs Report Reveals Weaker Growth Than Predicted—Weakest Start To Year Since 2016."

As it turned out, that one got the attention of Resistance™ leader Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), who took to the Twitter/X machine to dunk on President Trump, thinking the report showed "go MAGA, go broke" and not "go woke, go broke":

Does Crockett, who is serving her second term in Congress, really not realize that the January jobs report is actually the final jobs report from the Biden administration?  

Apparently, she doesn't:

To make matters even worse for Crockett, some observers - including Alex Pfeiffer, Deputy Advisor to the President - used her oopsy to compare her to Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI):

Jasmine is officially the dumbest lawmaker on the Hill.

This jobs report consists entirely of data from before President Trump took office.

That's like a mega-insult. I mean, when you start getting viewed as even worse than Mazie Hirono, you have really lost the game. Completely.

This is another reason why I simply cannot deal with woke left members of Congress (aka "The Squad"). They rarely know what they're talking about and yet there they are, in the House and Senate, claiming to be working on behalf of their constituents all while spouting off baseless "owns" against their political opposition and crafting legislation that will do the people they pretend to be serving more harm than good.

Though I'm not optimistic it will happen, one of these days maybe a majority of voters in their respective Congressional districts and states will finally wake up. Until then...
