A prime example of this was caught on video last week. If you haven’t watched the video that was widely circulated of Biden getting into a heated verbal scrap Thursday with an alleged Elizabeth Warren voter in Iowa, check it out below:

Streiff wrote about it at the time, noting that the former veep doesn’t handle himself well at all when he’s faced with a voter who is not a Biden shill or a fellow Democratic candidate for president who doesn’t bow to his decades of experience in Congress and 8 years with President Obama.

We see shades of this behavior more often than the media and Democrats are willing to admit, most notably when he practically yelled at Warren during the October Democratic debate. The feature image above speaks volumes, but the video is even more revealing:

Remember all the alarm bells the media/left sounded in 2016 when Trump ran for president? One of their main concerns was his temperament, and how they felt it wasn’t a good fit for someone who wanted to be President of the United States. As a former Never Trumper (don’t judge me – I was never part of any official group, I just did my own thing), even I had concerns about how he talked to people and about people.

Strangely enough (or perhaps not so strangely enough, considering who we’re talking about here), the same Democrats, liberal commentators, and fake Republicans who have since complained about Trump’s behavior for the last 3+ years don’t appear to be holding Biden to the same standard.

While Trump’s temper flare-ups lead to The Usual Suspects questioning his mental fitness for office, Biden’s meltdowns are treated as “just Joe being Joe.”

It’s the same thing with Biden’s gaffes and flubs. Trump’s are treated as a sign he’s stupid and an intellectual lightweight, while Biden’s supposedly just boil down to age and being tired from campaigning.

Anyone who had an issue and/or raised concerns about Trump’s temperament when he ran for office should be just as concerned about Biden’s.

But like most other Democrats, Biden is held to a different standard than Republicans are because Orange Man Bad and stuff.

As I’ve said before, if it weren’t for double standards Democrats would have no standards at all.
