Virginia Roberts Giuffre, one of the most prominent and outspoken survivors of the sex trafficking ring that Jeffrey Epstein operated, claims she has just days to live after being involved in an automobile accident with a school bus.
Giuffre took to Instagram to post a picture of herself having clearly suffered some traumatizing injuries. She indicated doctors have given her a grim diagnosis as she suffers from "renal kidney failure."
"This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can," she wrote.
"I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology."
Giuffre went on to tell followers that she was "ready to go" while expressing hope that she might see her "babies" one last time.

Obviously, the details of this accident and her injuries are scant at this point. One hopes that being transferred to a urology specialist would allow them to find a solution to the renal failure.
Giuffre has accused some of the world's most powerful men of being wrapped up in the Epstein sex scandal, including Prince Andrew, the older of King Charles III’s two younger brothers, and former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (D).
While not making direct accusations, the 41-year-old had claimed that former President Bill Clinton had a friendly relationship with Epstein, who died in prison back in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
A 2011 recorded conversation regarding her claims against Epstein revealed Giuffre asking why the former President was on the sex trafficker's notorious island.
“I remember asking Jeffrey, 'What’s Bill Clinton doing here kind of thing, and he laughed it off and said, well, he owes me a favor,'” Giuffre told attorneys. “He never told me what favors they were. I never knew. I didn’t know if he was serious. It was just a joke.”
She also claimed in an email exchange that same year that the former President walked into the office of Vanity Fair and threatened them not to write about Epstein’s sex trafficking.
“When I was doing some research into VF (Vanity Fair) yesterday, it does concern me what they could want to write about me considering that B. Clinton walked into VF and threatened them not to write sex-trafficking articles about his good friend J.E.,” the email to a journalist read.
“Should I be asking what is this story pertaining to?” she added. Giuffre had been discussing possibly being interviewed by Vanity Fair herself.

A representative for Graydon Carter, Vanity Fair’s longtime former editor, vehemently denied the contents of the email, stating to The Telegraph, “This categorically did not happen.”
Former ABC News anchor Amy Robach was famously caught on a hot mic in 2019 saying that the Epstein scandal being blown wide open was frustrating, considering she had information on his crimes years prior.
“It was unbelievable what we had,” Robach said of Epstein, his crimes, and his high-profile associations – including Bill Clinton.
“Clinton, we had everything,” she continued. “I tried for three years to get it on to no avail. And now it’s all coming out and it’s like these new revelations, and I freaking had all of it.”
There have been no specific allegations of wrongdoing or illegality on Clinton’s part, but a close and thoroughly documented relationship with a convicted pedophile and sex trafficker raises eyebrows. All of the men accused by Giuffre have denied the accusations.
“Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life,” Giuffre concluded in her recent post.
