We must protect our court systems, and Erin Nealy Cox is not the savior the Establishment wants you to believe she is—she’s just another cog in the corrupt political machine that the America First movement has been fighting for nearly a decade.
Nealy Cox is begging the Trump administration for a federal judgeship. But don’t be fooled: her record and personal associations show she has more in common with radical Democrats than with the hardworking, God-fearing Texans she hopes to preside over from the bench.
Let’s start with the obvious: Cox publicly and viciously condemned January 6th protesters—the very Americans who dared to question a rigged system that wants them silenced. She parroted the left’s slander, calling patriots “anarchists” and demanding they be “prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.” In doing so, she aligned herself not with the America First movement, but with the Biden DOJ and the radical left’s war on Trump supporters.
Even worse, after abandoning her post at the DOJ, where she led an “Anti-Government Extremism Task Force” (read: anti-MAGA task force), Nealy Cox cozied up with Kirkland & Ellis—the same swamp law firm known for defending mega-corporations and funding left-wing causes.
And then there’s the money trail—a trail that tells you everything you need to know. Her husband, John “Trey” Cox, has spent over $75,000 supporting some of the most extreme, anti-gun, anti-voter ID, and pro-illegal immigration judges in Texas. These are judges who promote “implicit bias” training to poison juries against conservatives, who block voter ID laws that protect election integrity, who trample on our Second Amendment rights, and who even liken President Trump to Adolf Hitler.
Let’s be clear: anyone who thinks it’s acceptable to call Trump voters “anarchists,” who walks away from the America First fight to profit at a globalist law firm, and who sits silent while her family funds anti-Texan, anti-American causes has no business anywhere near a federal bench.
The Trump movement didn’t fight the rigged system just to let the system’s foot soldiers, like Erin Nealy Cox, climb the ladder. We fought to drain the swamp, not reward it.
Now Nealy Cox wants to have it both ways. She wants the support of President Trump and the MAGA movement she helped smear. She wants the trust of Texas conservatives while living in a household that bankrolls the radical left’s takeover of our courts. She wants the prestige of a federal judgeship without the loyalty to the values that made this country great.
This is why the America First movement exists. This is why we reject the fake “conservatives” who preach one thing and practice another.
