WATCH: Members of Congress Flock To White House For Tax Bill Celebration

Congressional Republicans headed to the White House Wednesday afternoon to celebrate the passage of the GOP tax bill.

There is still speculation as to whether or not President Trump will sign the bill before the new year for budget reasons.
