News Media Have a Little Fun Mocking More of AOC's Strangely Changing Accent

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY-14) has not had a good week in the public relations department.

She got called out for her embarrassing comments when asked about abolishing the Senate, and she claimed elements of the Senate were "founded" on "Jim Crow."

Ocasio-Cortez also went to Tennessee to support the far-left state representative Justin Pearson in his run for the House for the 9th district seat.

While she was there, she put on an embarrassing accent. As I noted, she's from the suburbs of New York City; she's not from the South or whatever the heck this accent is.

‘We can’t afford to leave Tennessee behind. We cannot afford to leave Kentucky behind, Alabama behind, Mississippi behind, Georgia behind, South Carolina behind," AOC ranted.

She's pulling a "Kamala Harris/Hillary Clinton move," with an accent that seems to change depending on whom she's talking. It didn't go over well for them, and I don't think that it's going to go over well for her. Whether people agree with whatever she might say from a policy perspective, what people never really like is politicians being fake or inauthentic.

But Rep. Ocasio-Cortez apparently had a little more strange verbiage at that event that Fox News caught - and at which they had a good laugh.

Ocasio-Cortez said that about a month ago, "Sistah Pressley and I were in Montgomery Alabama, and one of the things we said is, it is time for the north to roll up to the south!"

"We won't be chased out of places anymore, brothas and sistahs!" she declared. Exactly where is AOC being "chased out of"?

Ben Domenech said he was from Jackson, Mississippi, and grew up in South Carolina. "That does not work. That does not work. We catch that immediately. You cannot code-switch like that!"

Indeed, and it's insulting if Democrats think this takes in people.

But this is where the Democrats are at this point - pitching phoniness and radical policy to try to get power back. They're trying to sell far worse things than a fake accent. Their "tent" is so big that they accept radicals who want to upend our system of government. We see that the recent socialist wins in New York City and Colorado. Not only doesn't the Democrat Party call it out, but it's clear the radicals are animating the Party's policy approach in general.

People are taking note, and hopefully, this will have a very adverse effect on them in the midterms.
