Things are not going well for Iran in the conflict with the United States.
Their leadership is in disarray. Their "Supreme Leader" is either so incapacitated that he can't show himself or he's dead. There have been so many other leaders taken out; there aren't that many left.
They're trying to recruit kids as young as 12 into "war support," including for manning Basij checkpoints (likely because many of those have been taken out, courtesy of tips from the Iranian people to the Israelis). You don't do something like that when you're "winning."

President Donald Trump has talked about the negotiations with Iran. But they don't seem to be fully taking the hint about a deal yet, as they continue to make bad decisions and miscalculate.
Earlier in the day, the Iranian regime reportedly hit a Kuwaiti oil tanker in Dubai, near the Strait of Hormuz.
Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said the Al Salmi was struck in an Iranian attack while anchored at Dubai port in the United Arab Emirates, causing a fire onboard and other damage to the vessel. It warned of a possible oil spill in surrounding waters, Kuwaiti state news agency KUNA reported.
Fortunately, early reports indicate that no one was hurt, but this will only make Kuwait and the other Gulf states more determined that Iran needs to be dealt with decisively.
Meanwhile, the U.S. and the Israelis went about doing just that as they continued to pulverize Iran's military capacity. Trump posted a video of an attack in Isfahan that went viral because of the nature of the massive explosions.

You can see there isn't just the initial blast, but there are also secondary explosions from what was being hit that sent up huge fireballs.
There's Badr air base there. That is also where some of Tehran’s 60 percent enriched uranium is located, and they have a big missile complex.
According to a US official cited by The Wall Street Journal, US forces hit an ammunition depot with 2,000-pound (approx. 907-kilogram) bunker buster bombs. "A high volume of bunker busters, or penetrator munitions, was used for the strike," the official said. But there was a lot they could hit.
War Secretary Pete Hegseth and Gen. Dan Caine, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will hold a press conference related to Operation Epic Fury on Tuesday morning, the Pentagon announced as the strikes on Isfahan were taking place.
Iran’s uranium stockpiles in Isfahan, located 270 miles south of Tehran, are believed to be housed in facilities deep underground, according to International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Rafael Grossi. [....]
The city is also home to the Isfahan Missile Complex, Iran’s largest missile assembly and production site, according to the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI), a global security nonprofit.
Those Iranian leaders who are left should be trying to make a deal. But they haven't made the right decision yet.
Editor's Note: For decades, former presidents have been all talk and no action. Now, Donald Trump is eliminating the threat from Iran once and for all.
