Ethel Kennedy had a memorial service on Wednesday at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle Church in Washington, D.C. She died on October 10 at the age of 96, as a result of a stroke she had suffered the week before. She was the wife of the slain Democratic presidential candidate, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, and had 11 children, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
A variety of people delivered remarks including Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Biden delivered the final remarks.
But there were some interesting exchanges/remarks in the meantime. Here was Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) recognizing Obama, Biden, and Bill Clinton:
.@SpeakerPelosi: "Mr. President, Mr. President, Mr. President."

Notice that Biden does not look like a happy camper here.

Pelosi had been sitting in the same row, but with Obama and Clinton between her and Biden. They still have not talked to each other, according to reports.
Then there was this remark from Bill Clinton:

“I will tell you this. I thought your mother was the cat’s meow. She would flirt with me in the most innocent ways,” Clinton, 78, said in his eulogy for Kennedy. "I remember once I said, "We're not at replacement population anymore and all the politics are anti-immigrant. What are we going to do...We need more people like you."
The first part is inappropriate; the last part, I don't even know what he's saying. Is he talking about replacement theory? Whatever he was saying here, one has to think it's not going to make Hillary Clinton happy. Interestingly, she didn't appear to be there.
But the most interesting exchange was definitely this one between Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Obama was visibly upset and had his arms crossed in a defensive posture. Check the tension here:

Obama also was clearly the power in the exchange; Joe looked like the assistant. Although, there was one point where Joe gave him a look that I think showed how much he does not like him. Biden seemed to be asking about something and Obama was explaining and seemed exasperated. He answered, "No" at one point.
There was a lot of speculation. Here is a sample:
What I see in the first 10 seconds:

Joe: (Asks something, the camera is out of focus)
BO: (Shaking his head no) “Nope… it’s done.”

Joe: (Looks away and up, probably towards Jesus on the cross. Looks back at BO and gets a visibly sick look on his face as probably what was just said had sunk into his slow brain.)
We'll let you know if we get some definitive answer on it.
