HOT MIC: Kamala Zoom Hurricane Meeting Goes South When She Gets Caught Asking for Help From Aide

It's hard to imagine how Kamala Harris has gotten so far as we see more and more how vacuous she is and how she doesn't appear to be able to competently answer even simple questions.

It explains why she's only been going on friendly broadcasts on her media tour to try to move the needle. But even with friendly outlets, it hasn't been going well. She also managed to create controversy over an alleged call to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, accusing him of being political for not taking her call when he was in the middle of having to deal with Hurricane Helene and the incoming Hurricane Milton. It did not go well for her when he explained that she had never called him before about any storm disaster before -- until now, when she is running for election.

She got a lot of criticism over the Hurricane Helene response.

So now they had her involved in a Zoom meeting with others talking about the preparations for Milton.

Listen as she tries to use the meeting to stoke the narrative about "misinformation."

How about concentrating on actually meeting the needs of the people from the disasters?

But something happened that was just hilarious and showed just how out of it she is. She apparently didn't realize the meeting was live and that people could hear her whispering to the aide. So listen as she has her hands over her face and tries to whisper. "Can I talk back?" she has to ask the aide. The aide says something to her to which she responds, "Oh." Then she asks a question. Did the aide just feed her a question? Oh, my.

Kamala can be heard telling an aide (who is feeding her questions) that it's a "live broadcast" before immediately asking the question.

Doesn't she have any idea how any of these things work? This is not a comforting look, although funny as heck. How can she be that ignorant?

Then it got worse, as she tried to tell people to take the storm seriously.

What the heck? She can't even say that one sentence without notes, and then she can't even get that straight? Yikes. What was going on here? Again, this is not a reassuring or commanding look.

People just couldn't believe it.
