Cringeworthy 'Late Show' Video of Dems Including AOC, Pelosi, and Hillary Celebrating Kamala

The DNC was basically an effort to recast someone who has historically been unpopular in her position, Kamala Harris. Unpopular -- right up until the narrative needed to make her into something else to help Democrats hold onto power. So the disturbing cackle and incoherent word salads become "joy" and suddenly you have older people talking about "being brat" and trying to sound young, always a bad and phony move.

To be fair, they have a lot of failure baggage so they don't have a lot of options in terms of how to campaign. But trust them to always pick the cringiest options. They didn't leave all the cringe just at the DNC.

They just got involved with another cringe-arama with "The Late Show." Hillary Clinton, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), actresses Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Laura Benanti all were part of the videos.

The Late Show posted about showcasing "a phenomenal week filled with Femininomenons celebrating the ultimate FemininomeNOM, Kamala Harris." I give you fair warning, this is pretty bad.

"But what we really need is a "Femininomenom!" they chanted.

Barf, really? What the heck is that? That's supposed to make you want to vote for Kamala that you have supposedly grown adult women behaving like teenagers? That would make me want to run away from her and ask what the heck kind of a campaign this is. And is Buttigieg supposed to be a "femininomenom" here?

Then there was more. What are they doing with their hands? I'm not sure I even want to know.

So maybe these videos explain Kamala's policies and how she's going to solve the economy and the border problems that she helped to make worse? You can reach out to the young voters by being authentic with real plans, you don't have to pretend to be like them with actions like this.

Some called it the "pass the buck dance." Dare we call it...weird? I'm not sure who they think they're convincing to vote for Kamala with something like this. I'd call out the show for the in-kind contribution to the Democrats but I think it might hurt them more than help them.

The action reminded me of that Beavis and Butthead position that Joe Biden often seems to take for no explainable reason.

There were a lot of funny reactions to it, but I have to give the award to the people behind these videos who had great modifications.
