As we reported earlier, Hunter Biden made a self-serving speech on the Capitol steps, trying to paint the deposition he was supposed to give to the House Oversight Committee as an effort to get his father.
But now, it turns out he didn't even show up for it and is blowing it off the closed-door deposition. House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer and House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan announced he didn't show up.

But he blew off the opportunity to defend himself and his father which tells you everything you need to know about his case.
This now exposes him to a contempt of conduct charge, as George Washington law professor Jonathan Turley noted.
...Hunter could have appeared and invoked his right to remain silent. Instead, he just pulled a Steve Bannon and it will now pressure AG Merrick Garland to show the same speed in pursuing a prosecution. https://t.co/1e69Gw8KFp
