The Republican National Committee (RNC) will soon air four Spanish-language advertisements highlighting the Democratic Party’s “failure to deliver for the Hispanic community.”

These ads will be shown in four different states – Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. The ads will appear on Independence Day weekend as Republicans look to keep the momentum going after Mayra Flores’ victory in Texas’ 34th Congressional District.

The Senators that the RNC will target with the Spanish ads are Senators Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Raphael Warnock (D-GA), and Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor and candidate for Senate John Fetterman.

“The home of the Brave and the land of the free has always represented one thing: The American Dream … Today that dream is slipping out of reach.”

In the midst of inflation, rising costs, and the southern border crisis, the RNC believes this is their best chance to win over the majority of Hispanic voters. According to the RNC, the ads “reveal how Democrats have left Hispanic Americans behind.”

“Under Biden and Democrat control, the American Dream is slipping away for many,” said RNC Communications Director Danielle Alvarez. “From skyrocketing prices to surging crime to the disastrous border crisis, Democrats have failed the Hispanic community. While Democrats focus on winning the ‘Latinx’ vote, Republicans are on the ground talking about the issues that matter and winning the Latino vote. This November, Hispanics will choose Republican leadership that shares our values of economic opportunity, freedom, and security.”

As mentioned earlier, Flores’ win in Texas’ 34th Congressional District was a monumental boost for the GOP. Another name that should be mentioned is Yesli Vega. Vega, who has law enforcement experience, defeated her primary challengers in Virginia’s 7th Congressional District. More Hispanics are running as Republicans, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has noticed, directing ads toward Spanish-speaking voters as he is up for re-election in November.

The RNC also opened up a Hispanic Community Center in Suwanee, Georgia. The goal of that facility is to increase the outreach among Hispanic voters in the area.

The Republican National Committee seems committed to winning the majority of Hispanic voters during the midterm elections, and they want to ensure those voters stay engaged through 2024. The RNC has opened more than 30 minority community centers in major cities, including Las Vegas, San Antonio, Houston, and Omaha.

As November nears, Republicans will look to keep their foot on the gas and win the majority in the Senate and House of Representatives.
