President Donald Trump brilliantly responded to Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's (GA-14) claims that world issues have nothing to do with his MAGA (Make America Great Again) agenda, pointing to how failed former President Joe Biden dragged us into the Russia-Ukraine debacle.
During an Oval Office impromptu press conference, CNN's Kaitlan Collins asked President Trump about MTG's recent comments when she called on her colleagues to "come through in action in supporting America first policies" and said Trump should focus on "domestic policy meetings here at the White House instead of non-stop foreign policy meetings."

Trump made it clear that world issues are domestic ones. And that, whether we like it or not, America is part of the world. And if we don't have a voice/seat at the table, we will get dragged into conflicts after the fact and be in a worse situation.
"I don't know what happened to Marjorie. She's a nice woman, but I don't know what happened," the president replied. "She's lost her way, I think. But I have to view the presidency as a worldwide situation, not locally."
"I mean, we could have a world that's on fire, where wars come to our shores. Very easily, if you had a bad president," he added. "We had a horrible president, and we ended up with Russia-Ukraine. And we ended up with other disasters, too. Don't forget, I put out eight wars, nine to come…and look at the damage that Russia-Ukraine has done to us as a country."
"We spent three hundred and fifty billion. We're not spending any money anymore. They completely pay us through NATO," Trump continued. "When you are president, you really sort of have to watch over the world because you are going to be dragged into it otherwise. You are going to be dragged into a world war."
Trump didn't hesitate and said that if he weren't president, the Russia-Ukraine war could've led to World War III, assuring people that "It's not going to anymore."

Collins later posted MTG's response to Trump, and it doesn't sound like she understood what he was saying.

Despite decades of Americans being dragged into foreign entanglements, Trump is pointing out that the first step in MAGA is having a seat at the table to speak for what's best for America, and that is, regardless of whether it's happening on our shores or overseas.
