Is It All Unraveling After the TIME Magazine Secret Cabal Piece?

My colleague Bonchie wrote an excellent article about a very long, detailed piece in TIME magazine which exposes what many of us already knew: Democrat elected and unelected officials, Corporations, Big Tech, and legacy and social media colluded to turn the election in their favor.

I recommend you read both: Bonchie focuses more on how we knew it all along, and how the Left just cavalierly used this manipulation and collusion to disenfranchise the other side. The TIME piece is a view into the mind of how people who feel they are on a righteous mission to save the world for “democracy” think. It’s rather like interviewing a serial killer to get more information on his/her viewpoint and methods (more on that later).

The TIME article’s writer, Molly Ball, gleefully makes claims that a secret cabal joined forces across the country to stop Donald Trump from winning re-election, using methods such as manipulating legacy and social media coverage, getting elected officials to change election laws, and using a network of big business and union workers to manipulate voting machines, vote counts, and to push back against anyone questioning the integrity of the vote.

So, what have many of us been saying since before November 3, 2020 and weeks thereafter? Editor of The National Pulse’s Raheem Kassam was on Mark Levin’s radio program Friday to discuss this very article, and how his publication was sounding the alarm bells last year that something like this was being coordinated and organized.

Sadly, it’s like we were all screaming into the void. Now it’s being discussed like last week’s football game.

The mind truly boggles.

I used the word “gleefully” in reference to Ball because she makes it all too apparent from her tone and word choices that she is fully on board with all this, almost like a groupie regaling us with the exploits of her favorite rock band and how she got to come along for the ride. Truly sickening.

She begins the piece thusly:

“When media organizations called the race for Joe Biden on Nov. 7, jubilation broke out instead, as people thronged cities across the U.S. to celebrate the democratic process that resulted in Trump’s ouster.”

That use of the phrase “media organizations called the race” is telling. There is no interest in election officials calling the vote counts and what they have to say—it’s all about the media being the arbiters.

Ball continues:

“Hundreds of major business leaders, many of whom had backed Trump’s candidacy and supported his policies, called on him to concede. To the President, something felt amiss. ‘It was all very, very strange,’ Trump said on Dec. 2. ‘Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner, even while many key states were still being counted.’ ”

“In a way, Trump was right.”

Wow. She said the quiet part out loud. And what a quaint use of the term, “Business leaders.” More to the point, Big Corporate concerns—the same concerns that destroyed small businesses during this pandemic to wipe out the competition and garner cheaper real estate. It appears they had their hands full rigging an election and ruining average American lives. It was all a big game to them.

“There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day. Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.”

“Trump’s assault on democracy”? Who were all those people protesting this Summer? Certainly not the MAGA crowd. They were holding peaceful and fun-filled rallies and boat parades. The rioters were Left-wing #BLM and Antifa. Trump wanted to send in the National Guard to help protect property and maintain law and order, but many Blue State governors and mayors simply let the unrest continue. Now we know why.

In California, we know all too well about this unholy alliance between elected officials, the Chamber of Commerce, and Big Labor. Many of us have been fighting the AB5 law for over a year, which has destroyed independent contractors, freelancers, and the self-employed in the State, stripping them of the right to work as they choose. All of those behemoth actors were in league to not only push the AB5 bill through, but to implement it across all the sectors of California. Then they had a complicit Governor in Hair Gel Newsom to sign it into law – another reason why he is being recalled.

So this comes as no surprise that these same actors had the collusion, coordination, and power to implement this across the nation to manipulate a national election.

“The handshake between business and labor was just one component of a vast, cross-partisan campaign to protect the election–an extraordinary shadow effort dedicated not to winning the vote but to ensuring it would be free and fair, credible and uncorrupted. For more than a year, a loosely organized coalition of operatives scrambled to shore up America’s institutions as they came under simultaneous attack from a remorseless pandemic and an autocratically inclined President. Though much of this activity took place on the left, it was separate from the Biden campaign and crossed ideological lines, with crucial contributions by nonpartisan and conservative actors.”

The arrogance and delusion it takes to think that taking away people’s right of autonomy through voting comes anywhere near “free and fair” or “credible and uncorrupted” is stunning. “Extraordinary shadow effort” is right, and they started this long before any average person was thinking about either a pandemic or an election.

Do not believe these efforts were “separate from the Biden campaign”. Read about then-California Secretary of State (now Senator) Alex Padilla and the SKDKnickerbocker deal to “get out the vote” in the State. SKDKnickerbocker has direct ties to Joe Biden through Anita Dunn, who ran the organization before becoming Biden’s “senior advisor”. No doubt there are other similar organizations to SKDKnickerbocker where those dots could also be connected. Laughingly, the “crucial contributions by nonpartisan and conservative actors” is simply code for NeverTrumpers like the Lincoln Project, the fools at the National Review, and the Dispatch/Bulwark, or whatever ridiculous name they are going under these days.

This particular paragraph is especially chilling:

“This is the inside story of the conspiracy to save the 2020 election, based on access to the group’s inner workings, never-before-seen documents and interviews with dozens of those involved from across the political spectrum. It is the story of an unprecedented, creative and determined campaign whose success also reveals how close the nation came to disaster. ‘Every attempt to interfere with the proper outcome of the election was defeated,’ says Ian Bassin, co-founder of Protect Democracy, a nonpartisan rule-of-law advocacy group. ‘But it’s massively important for the country to understand that it didn’t happen accidentally. The system didn’t work magically. Democracy is not self-executing.’ ”

Who decided that the 2020 Election needed “saving”? And what does one consider “the proper outcome of the election”? There are 74 million people who do not like what was deemed as a proper outcome or the way this outcome was accomplished because it goes against everything our Constitution stands for. There have been numerous Orwellian and fascistic efforts to silence those voices. This is definitely not how a Constitutional republic works, nor is it democracy. It’s a fascist regime — command and control by your “betters.”

“Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation and used data-driven strategies to fight viral smears. They executed national public-awareness campaigns that helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks, preventing Trump’s conspiracy theories and false claims of victory from getting more traction. After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result. “The untold story of the election is the thousands of people of both parties who accomplished the triumph of American democracy at its very foundation,” says Norm Eisen, a prominent lawyer and former Obama Administration official who recruited Republicans and Democrats to the board of the Voter Protection Program.”

So all that talk about the possibility of rigged voting machines in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, and Nevada wasn’t such a stretch after all. Maybe the alleged ballot switching caught on camera in Georgia with only Democrat poll workers wasn’t just some anomaly. Were all of those judges who kicked out the election cases “on the merits” (which is just legalese that says, ‘I don’t want to touch it’) part of “monitor[ing] every pressure point”?

Two months ago there was purportedly nothing to see here. After reading the article, all those things are now sounding less and less QAnon conspiracy theory and more and more credible.

One of the key phrases here is, “triumph of American democracy at its foundation.” America’s foundation is not democracy. Words matter, and this constant talk about “Democracy is back” from Biden, other elected officials, and these ridiculous bureaucrats who know nothing except how to pontificate is a farce. They are seeding words that have no meaning and trying to make them fact.

We are a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. Always have been. Legal actions taken by Donald Trump, concerned citizens and State legislators, and by the Senators and Congressmen and women to challenge the electoral votes were constitutionally sound within that republican structure. But if this Cabal continues to have their way, we won’t be. The erosion has happened; it does not have to continue.

Here’s my question: Why at this particular time do you spill the beans? I assume from this person Ball interviewed, they felt like, “Mission accomplished and it was all for the good,” so we can now brag about our victory.

“The democracy campaigners watched with alarm. ‘Every week, we felt like we were in a struggle to try to pull off this election without the country going through a real dangerous moment of unraveling,’ says former GOP Representative Zach Wamp, a Trump supporter who helped coordinate a bipartisan election-protection council. ‘We can look back and say this thing went pretty well, but it was not at all clear in September and October that that was going to be the case.’ ”

It is also telling that the interviewee Bassin feels it is “massively important for the country to understand that it didn’t happen accidentally”. As one conservative friend commented on the TIME article, it’s like they’re saying, “Look at me! Look at me! I want to get credit for all I did for you stupid Americans to protect democracy.”

Ball also alludes to this:

“That’s why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it. And they believe the public needs to understand the system’s fragility in order to ensure that democracy in America endures.”

As Bonchie noted in his article,

“This seems like the sort of thing you don’t say out loud but, like a serial killer, many in politics are just too absorbed in their own egos to not try to take credit for their deeds.”

What an apropos analogy. Like serial killers, they also take trophies, and my prayer is that somebody gets on the case and finds the body parts or the stolen trinkets that lead to every actor involved and make them accountable.

So, they can go right ahead and keep bragging. Keep deeming us too stupid to understand their nuance and skullduggery — take the full credit.

What their reward should be is open shame, and definitely arrests for interfering with not only an election, but destroying good people and American institutions in the process. And from what Ball writes in the piece, they interfered and destroyed at every aspect they could. They went scorched earth, and the hope is that they reap the same.

Which brings me to wonder, is anyone of import going to pay attention to this story? Are there going to be any investigations, concrete actions, arrests to right what is essentially theft of people’s legal right to vote as they choose, just because they didn’t like the candidate they chose?

This Cabal had no desire for the Constitution and the Republic to rule the day. The new “democracy” is all about Big Tech, Chamber of Commerce, and unelected bureaucrats running the show. Freedom to choose and individual liberty need not apply.

If you look back, in 2019 a record number of CEOs resigned their posts.

Now that Democracy has won and Biden is installed, look at who is stepping down or aside, especially among Big Tech, government, and business. Those politicians who say they won’t run again, especially on the Republican side. No doubt they were involved; if not, they are definitely suspect.

Jeff Bezos is moving from CEO to Executive Chairman of Amazon. If anyone enriched himself from this pandemic and this election, it was this cretin. The Hill reports that the Chamber of Commerce CEO Thomas Donohue is stepping down, but doesn’t point to why. They do include this connective thread:

“Donohue served as president and CEO of the group from 1997 to 2019, when Clark took over the leadership position of president. Donohue has continued to serve as CEO since then.

“The executive was instrumental in turning the Chamber of Commerce into a force to be reckoned with in Washington. The organization is a major donor to Republicans and one of the most prominent supporters of pro-business policies.

“However, Donohue faced criticism from some in the GOP after the chamber decided to endorse a slate of Democrats in the 2020 elections. He also drew ire from some conservatives after he called on former President Trump to concede the presidential election after tallies showed he lost the race.”

On the CEOs and business leaders who stepped down in 2019, I suspect many either did not want to be complicit in this great overthrow of the Republic, or their betters didn’t think they were worthy to be involved. In terms of Bezos and Donohue, they’ve done their dirty work and can move on to greener pastures.

There will be more of these resignations in 2021. Watch carefully where everyone ends up spending their 30 pieces of silver.
