A black man has been killed by a police officer and Minneapolis has, once again, erupted into riots and looting. We don’t have much information as to all the details of the shooting, but that hasn’t stopped Democrat Minnesota Governor Tim Walz from poking and prodding the outrage and anger into overdrive.
