Trump Weighs In on Jimmy Kimmel's Professional Demise, Says What We All Feel—'Great News for America'

Comedians like Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert stopped being funny long ago and just became leftist propagandists on late-night TV who replaced jokes with DNC slogans. The question that so many have been asking for so long is, why do American corporations continue to allow them to spill their bile while actually funny people like Fox’s Greg Gutfeld wipe the floor with them in the ratings?

Well, as we know, CBS finally got tired of Stephen Colbert’s partisan shtick and money-losing propaganda and axed his horrific show, which will officially and thankfully air its last episode in May of next year.

My big question: why wait that long? End it now.

Now, toxic “star” Jimmy Kimmel has found out, too, as ABC has shoved him off the air for the near future after his despicable comments regarding the tragic assassination of conservative leader Charlie Kirk. I don’t care if Kimmel doesn't believe in conservatism; I don’t care what he thinks of Kirk’s philosophy: mocking the cold-blooded killing of a human being over beliefs is deeply sick.

Goodbye, Jimmy, and good riddance.

President Donald Trump agrees, and even though he’s in England celebrating our country’s long and storied history with Great Britain, he managed to express his pleasure that Kimmel finally “found out”:

He wrote:

Great News for America: The ratings challenged Jimmy Kimmel Show is CANCELLED. Congratulations to ABC for finally having the courage to do what had to be done. Kimmel has ZERO talent, and worse ratings than even Colbert, if that’s possible. That leaves Jimmy and Seth, two total losers, on Fake News NBC. Their ratings are also horrible. Do it NBC!!! President DJT

With his reference to “Jimmy and Seth,” one can assume he is referring to other late-night hosts, Seth Meyers and Jimmy Fallon. Though just as slanted towards the left as Kimmel and Colbert, neither is quite as noxious and hateful as those two.

One user posted this gem of a response to the president’s Truth Social post:

My question has been and remains: why were these poisonous shows allowed to continue for so long? And why are some horrible people punished when others are not—for instance, MSNBC’s Mathew Dowd was fired after his disgusting comments following Charlie Kirk’s cold-blooded killing, but his colleague Katy Tur continues to receive a paycheck even though she was equally depraved.

Why are Kimmel and Colbert feeling the heat, when one of the most extremist programs on television, the America-hating hate-fest known as ABC’s “The View,” is allowed to continue on unfettered?

I believe in the First Amendment, and I believe all these bloodthirsty commentators have the right to say what they want without being jailed. That doesn’t mean that they are simply “entitled” to jobs and paychecks, however.  You can say what you want in the United States—but nobody ever said there wouldn’t be consequences.

It was far past time for both Kimmel and Colbert to feel those repercussions, because they have lost touch with decency and who we are as a people, and went in 100 percent in on hate and division.

Donald Trump is right: their professional demise is “great news for America.”
