Okay I’m kidding. A former college prof who decided to start bashing people in the head with a metal bike lock at a “free speech” rally. He was charged with four felonies and pleaded no contest. All but some misdemeanor charges were dropped and he got zero jail time.

…unless they were an idiot. Last year Denver Public Schools lost nearly $14,000 in lunches parents didn’t pay for. This year they decided to offer free lunches with no questions asked, so as not to traumatize poor kids who can’t afford it. What do you know? This year are in the hole for more than $350,000.
