This is just breaking from WZZM Channel 13 in Michigan.

ST. JOSEPH, MICH. – Berrien County dispatch says shots were fired at the Berrien County Courthouse in St. Joseph just before 2:30 p.m. Monday. Michigan State Police tell WZZM 13 more than one person has been shot.

Note, that is 2:30 local time, 3:30 Eastern.

There's someone shooting at the third floor of the Berrien County Courthouse in St. Joseph, where I courier. I am safe and unharmed.

UPDATE 2: Michigan Governor says scene secure.

MSP has secured the scene at the Berrien County courthouse and started its investigation into the shooting that occurred this afternoon.

UPDATE 3: Shep Smith reports that local media is reporting at least two Court Bailiffs have been killed. The third fatality appears to be the shooter.
