It's going to be a while before the full impact of Charlie Kirk's assassination is known. I will venture one prediction, and that is that the impact won't favor the left. But for now, memorial services and eulogies for Charlie are still ongoing, and it's amazing how the attendees have behaved. No looting, no arson, no riots. It's almost as if people on the right are better-behaved than people on the left.
Speaking of peaceful events: Speaking at the Kennedy Center, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. related a conversation he had with Charlie, and that conversation is worth noting.

Mr. Kennedy said:
RFK Jr. just brought the house down at the Kennedy Center. The entire building erupted in chants of “USA!” after he shared an unforgettable conversation he once had with Charlie Kirk about death. “I had a conversation once with Charlie where we were talking about the danger that we both faced from challenging entrenched interests. And he asked me if I was scared to die. And I said to him, "There’s a lot worse things than dying."
And one of the chief among us is losing our constitutional rights and having our children raised in slavery. I said to him at that time, "Sometimes our only consolation is that we can die with our boots on. We can die fighting for these things." Charlie gave his life so that the rest of us would not have to suffer those fates worse than death. Now it’s our job. He’s no longer there to lead us. Rush in and fill the breach and win this battle for our country, for God, and for our families. Thank you.
When Mr. Kennedy was finished, the unseen crowd erupted in tumultuous applause, with chants of "USA! USA!"
See, that's how the right recognizes something right, and just, an eloquent statement. Not with thrown bottles and rocks, not with pyrotechnics, not with burning and looting. Certainly not with rifle bullets. What Mr. Kennedy describes, and what Charlie has shown, is that there are some things, some principles, some ideas, that are worth more than any one person's life. Some things are worth fighting for. And, as Mr. Kennedy says, we are called upon now to keep fighting. We will not be cowed or intimidated.
There are fates worse than death.

We should note that two years ago, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was a Democrat. Not just a Democrat, but a scion of an old, staunchly Democratic family, a family that now no doubt looks at him as something of a black sheep. RFK Jr. is an Independent now, although he works within the Trump administration as Secretary of Health and Human Services.
He was given that job, not because of any political connection, not because of any particular relationships, certainly not because of the rest of his family and whatever waning influence they have. He was given that job because of his conviction, his determination to make America healthy again.
Charlie Kirk had convictions, too. He was killed for them. RFK Jr. has an intimate knowledge of that kind of horrible act.
And, once again, when the full impact of Charlie's assassination is known, it won't be to the left's favor.
