Democrat Operative Snared in FBI Sting, Charged With Distributing Child Porn

If a Democrat ever tries to lecture you about decency and morality, just drop this name on them: Randy Sprinkle. 

Yes, that's a real name. It's actually the name of a Democrat operative who was just arrested by the FBI and charged with distributing child porn. Randon "Randy" Alexander Sprinkle, 30, it turns out, was recently the finance chairman of the Virginia Democrat Party; he once served as a leader in the Young Democrats of Virginia, and worked in 2025 as the campaign treasurer for Richmond City Council Vice President Katherine Jordan.

And, now, Mr. Sprinkle is in big trouble with the law. It seems that he was an avid user of an app called "Jack'd," which markets itself as "the premier social app for gay, bi, trans, and queer people" and boasts of having more than 15 million members. Whilst using Jack'd (under the name "Randy," by the way), Sprinkle unknowingly made contact with an undercover FBI agent working out of the Manassas, Virginia, FBI field office; the agent is referred to as "OCE" in the 9-page affidavit against Sprinkle that was filed Friday.

Here's the exchange Sprinkle initiated on the app:

Randy: "Hey how's it going"

OCE: "What's up man"

Randy: "Just horny af you, telegram"

OCE: "Let's go Randy, what's your Tele"

Randy: "hmudmv9, got a face pic btw"

Once the conversation was brought over to Telegram, Sprinkle advised the agent of his twisted, perverted interests: "Mostly into Yng, rape, incest you." Sprinkle later sent the agent a video of a young boy being sexually abused by a grown man. We won't go further into the details, but suffice it to say that Sprinkle was allegedly into some very nasty, horrifying stuff.

Sprinkle gave the feds enough reason to move in and make an arrest.

According to a criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the affiant “completed the extraction” of Sprinkle’s computer “and found two archived files constituting child pornography,” and one of the files referenced “consists of a 16-second video which shows an adult male’s erect penis penetrating the mouth of an infant.” FBI Richmond executed a federal search warrant on October 16, 2025.

It's looking a whole lot like several prominent Virginia Democrats were pals with Randy Sprinkle.

Here's Jordan, who hired Sprinkle to work on her 2024 campaign:

"What has been alleged is disgusting and abhorrent," Jordan said in a statement. "I'm shocked and sickened."

First District Council member Andrew Breton, who also once employed Sprinkle for his campaign finance services, said, "The allegations are shocking and disturbing. I am grateful that law enforcement is involved, and that justice is taking its course."

Democrat Rep. Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) seemed chummy with Sprinkle, having reportedly appeared alongside him in several photos posted to social media. Her reaction, via a spokesperson: "Congresswoman McClellan is shocked by these appalling accusations which should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."

Randy Sprinkle now faces federal child pornography distribution charges, and is being held at the Northern Neck Regional Jail in Warsaw, Virginia.
