#1 - Kamala's Interview in Australia Reminds Us How Lucky We Are That She Lost — by Nick Arama
Now you know how tipped the scales were in such an interview when he referred to her as “one of the most successful women in history” with “her best work ahead of her,” according to The Guardian. Can I laugh now? Don't you mean the most unsuccessful woman in history? The one who blew through more than $1 billion in less than four months and still lost badly? Now, I should probably never say never to anyone's political chances, but I would think her chances of ever being president are the rough equivalent of a snowball's chance in hell.
But just in case there was a chance, she tends to kill it every time she opens her mouth, with those profound things she thinks she says, like this winner at the conference.
“I don’t hear no. I eat no for breakfast. I don’t hear no until maybe the tenth time. I can’t begin to tell you the number of times it has been explicitly or implicitly said to me – it’s not your time. You’re not ready, they’re not ready."
Um, Kamala? It was a no. Both in 2020 and 2024.
#2 - Whoa: Hegseth Makes Big Announcement About DOGE Findings at Pentagon - They're Massive — by Nick Arama
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth delivered an important statement on X on Wednesday in which he said they'd identified an enormous amount in potential cuts.

Hegseth said their main focus and charge he'd received from President Donald Trump was to restore the warrior ethos. He said a big part of that is finding out what works and what doesn't work. They identified an overreliance on "management consultants and contractors." He said they likely had more contractors than they had civilian employees.
#3 - Antifa Violently Attack a Christian Worship Service, and Then the Story Gets So Much Worse — by Bonchie
Are you ready for the story to get worse? Because it's about to get much worse. Not only did the Christians involved have to deal with hateful, violent attacks from masked lunatics, but the Mayor of Seattle promptly came out and condemned...the Christians.
Mayor Bruce Harrell released the following statement, labeling the worship concert as an "extreme right-wing rally" and threw his support behind the "counter-protesters" who fought with and allegedly injured police officers.
HOLY CRAP: Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell’s office(@MayorofSeattle) just released a statement saying today’s Christian concert at Cal Anderson Park was an “extreme right-wing rally.”

#4 - Evil: This Is How Staffers Planned to Run the Country If an Incoherent Biden Had Been Reelected — by Bob Hoge
They planned to use these "proof of life" moments to prop up the commander in chief, but actually run the country themselves. In other words, they were able to convince themselves to do evil in the name of "good."
Watch:
This is sick stuff, folks, and one hundred percent in violation of the Constitutional principles that made our country great. They valued power over the American people.
#5 - This Is Big: Biden White House Run by Covert 'Politburo' — by Ward Clark
This is, without a doubt, the greatest political scandal of the 21st century, so far, anyway. We are talking about the president of the United States of America, the commander-in-chief of all our armed forces, the head of the executive branch of the federal government, the man with nuclear weapons release authority. Now we know that not only was he incapable, not only that the administration also tried, unsuccessfully, to hide that incapacity from the American people, and we know who they are.
Now the rats are fleeing that sinking ship. "Original Sin" won't be the last book to come out on this topic - bet on it. And that's the one good thing to come out of all this; the American people deserve some answers, we deserve to know how this happened, we deserve to know how a man so clearly incapacitated managed to stay in office, and how the people around him collaborated, for reasons of their own, to keep him there. And in that knowing, perhaps, we will have the insight, as a nation, to never let this happen again.
