What President Donald Trump did in the Oval Office with the President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, was astonishing.
We hear people talk all the time about how, when we're talking with foreign nations, we should be pressing on human rights. Well, we got that, big time, from Trump, when he cornered the South African leader, lowering the lights and treating him to a video of evidence of the issues in his country. There wouldn't be a better time to do it, to promote change. The South African leader is there because he wants things. That's the time to say, okay, you want things, so do we, we want you to do something about what's going on.
This moment was interesting as Trump says he hadn't made up his mind yet on whether to term what's happening as "genocide," with President Ramaphosa at his shoulder.
Reporter: "Genocide is a very strong word. I'm wondering if you've made up your mind as to whether you believe genocide is occurring in South Africa."@POTUS: "I haven't made up my mind... I'm trying to save lives, no matter where." pic.twitter.com/LPcgmSDSTl

Translation? President Ramaphosa, you have to make changes, or I might use that "g-word."
Trump put a huge spotlight on the problem with this move for peace through strength.

CNN senior political commentator Scott Jennings praised Trump for the "boss move to roll that television in there today" of raising the issue when the media and the government of South Africa don't want to talk about it.
The fact is that white farmers in South Africa "have been murdered," he exclaimed.
Whether you call it a "genocide" or not, the fact is white farmers in South Africa are being MURDERED.

How many more need to get killed before the left is satisfied with the terminology?
It was a total boss move by President Trump to confront the South African President today. pic.twitter.com/CT09WiJ99r
If it's not a genocide today, Jennings asked, how many more do we want to let get murdered before we're satisfied with the terminology? And it was a "boss move" for Jennings to note this, even as CNN was trying to call what Trump said "unsubstantiated" in the chyron underneath.
Jennings pointed out how Democrats were losing their minds over letting in 59 people, yet they didn't have an issue with letting in "20 million illegal aliens over the last several years." He said the President was trying to stop any further genocide. 'He said it was a "spectacle" in the Oval Office, but it had to happen because "no one was telling the truth about it."
Exactly, it's so warped what's happening and the Democrat and media reaction to it. You have media immediately attacking Trump for bringing it up. You had Democrats flipping out over 59 people. I wrote about the insane exchange where Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) was freaking out over it and Secretary of State Marco Rubio wiped the floor with him over it making a similar point to Jennings.

You can't argue that these people don't have a legitimate fear or that people haven't been killed. So the Democrat/MSM arguments just don't make any sense.
