JD Vance Decimates Kamala's Vile Attempt to Attack Trump and Politicize Arlington Visit

Former President Donald Trump visited Arlington National Cemetery on Aug. 26, to honor the memory of the 13 brave, young servicemembers who were killed at the Abbey Gate terrorist bombing in Afghanistan three years before.

Joe Biden was at the beach. Kamala Harris was in town but couldn't be bothered. So you had the image of Trump doing what they should have been doing--supporting the families.

As we reported, there seemed to be an effort on the left to go into overdrive to take a kind, supportive gesture by Trump and turn it into a scandal. When it wasn't about politics but supporting the families, the left then made it about politics. There was a story about an altercation with Trump staff during the visit, but the families said they didn't see any such thing.

Then on Saturday, Kamala Harris herself tried to make hay of it.

As Vice President, I have had the privilege of visiting Arlington National Cemetery several times. It is a solemn place; a place where we come together to honor American heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service of this nation.

It is not a place for politics.

And yet, as was reported this week, Donald Trump’s team chose to film a video there, resulting in an altercation with cemetery staff. Let me be clear: the former president disrespected sacred ground, all for the sake of a political stunt.

This is nothing new from Donald Trump. This is a man who has called our fallen service members “suckers” and “losers” and disparaged Medal of Honor recipients.

A man who, during a previous visit to the cemetery, reportedly said of fallen service members, “I don’t get it. What was in it for them?”

This is a man who is unable to comprehend anything other than service to himself.

If there is one thing on which we as Americans can all agree, it is that our veterans, military families, and service members should be honored, never disparaged, and treated with nothing less than our highest respect and gratitude.

And it is my belief that someone who cannot meet this simple, sacred duty should never again stand behind the seal of the President of the United States of America.

I will always honor the service and sacrifice of all of America’s fallen heroes, who made the ultimate sacrifice on behalf of our beloved nation and our cherished freedoms. I mourn them and salute them. And I will never politicize them.

Wow. Can we talk about the gall and the lies here?

The 13 are dead because of the failures of the Biden-Harris team. Harris was the "last person in the room," when it came to Biden's bad moves on the withdrawal from Afghanistan. They not only failed to protect the servicemembers at Abbey Gate, they also left behind thousands of Americans and allies to the mercy of the Taliban. To this day, neither Biden nor Harris has actually said the names of the dead out loud. For years they have ignored the families' questions about what happened to their families and have failed to hold anyone accountable for what happened.

Neither Harris nor Biden has ever even bothered to talk to the families--after Biden spent his time talking about his son and checking his watch at the dignified transfer ceremony to receive home the bodies of the dead.

Not only does Harris have the nerve to talk, given how much they have offended and failed these families, but she also continued the debunked "suckers and losers" hoax.

Trump has supported the Abbey Gate families over the years and pledged to get to the bottom of things. They invited him to come to Arlington and they wanted the pictures, as they made clear. They said that Trump behaved with nothing but respect for the fallen.

Gold Star dads Mark Schmitz and Darin Hoover just decimated the disgusting attacks by the left.

Kamala is taking what was a solemn remembrance for the families and is now making it a political issue herself. She's doing what she's accusing Trump of doing.

That's just vile and disgusting. She truly has no shame; she's effectively attacking the families. But it's all about trying to wreck the fact that Trump was doing the job that she and Biden were supposed to be doing here. And it's right in line with how badly the Biden-Harris team has treated the families for years.

She got ratioed into next week for her nerve, with some noting that Biden was the one who actually did use a prior visit to Arlington in 2010 in a 2020 campaign ad.

Trump's running mate, JD Vance, then finished her off, telling her she needed to answer the families' questions.

President Trump was there at the invitation of families whose loved ones died because of your incompetence. Why don’t you get off social media and go launch an investigation into their unnecessary deaths?

Exactly. Trump's team is focusing on the families and the issues, while all Kamala can do is be disgustingly political over deaths for which she was responsible because of her and Biden's incompetence. She should be ashamed of herself.
