MUST WATCH: 'Morning Joe' Has Fascinating Take on Illegal Aliens Beating Cops and How We Got Here

NYPD Chief of Patrol, John Chell was on "Morning Joe" on Friday, talking about the two police officers who were beaten and kicked in the head by a mob of about 14 illegal aliens, most of whom were then let out without bail, and at least four of them are now reported to have fled to California.

Now, I'll give the program credit for putting him on and noting it was an important issue.

The segment is even more interesting in context, when you see the things they don't say and the big elephant in the room they don't mention. Chell asks, "How did we get here?" But the show is just clueless.

Chell talks about the 14 people versus two, but even if it's one one-on-one, what you have is that they don't care because there are no consequences, even for assaulting a cop. He notes that not only wasn't bail requested by the prosecutor's office, but that the judge didn't give bail either--something that the judge could have done whether it was requested or not. He notes how the illegal aliens flipped off America when they were released as well.

They do mention bad bail reform. But Joe Scarborough doesn't mention that's the fault of the Democrats.

Nor does he mention the big elephant in the room -- Joe Biden -- whose bad policies led to the flood of illegal aliens.

Instead, he tries to blame House Republicans not wanting to pass a Democratic bill that would reportedly allow in thousands of illegals a day before doing anything. It's not up to them to enforce the law, that's on Biden. It's not Biden's fault for leaving the border in chaos for three years. He doesn't need a bill to enforce the law. Scarborough talks about people "needing to step up," but never mentions Biden.

Then they have on Al Sharpton, who advocated for bail reform that has led to so many bad results. But even more than that, his whole past of fueling actions against the police and Jewish people is despicable. How do you have him on MSNBC at all, much less talking about this particular issue? Sharpton then blames Texas Governor Greg Abbott for sending them to NYC, forgetting the Democrats made it a sanctuary city and again, forgetting they wouldn't be here without Joe Biden. Abbott is defending the border; Joe Biden is not.

Chell says there are no consequences for attacking his cops, so naturally, you're going to have more of that. Again, that's on the progressive DAs like Alvin Bragg -- they're the ones who are supposed to bring the consequences. What is the answer again? Democrats. Yet, Scarborough feigns cluelessness, asking, "Why are there no consequences?" Is he truly that ignorant?

Then Joe says it's the people of color who have suffered from the changes in the wake of "defund the police" and the bail reform. No kidding? You're just realizing this? We've been saying how wrong this all was from the start, but Democrats didn't care and called such concerns racist. And again, this hatred against the police was precipitated by the left. The policies over the past few years put the criminals first, not law and order, the people, or the cops.

Democrats are upset their policies led to this? Change the policies, listen to what we've been saying for years. Vote, Republicans, so this doesn't happen to your city.

I think they're only recognizing the problem now because it's an election issue, and they think they can try to blame it on Republicans. Funny how this seems to match with the approach of Joe Biden. And it should be noted here, because Scarborough won''t say it: The report about how buddy-buddy Scarborough and the "Morning Joe" team are with Biden and Kamala Harris. That's the big elephant in the room and likely why you wouldn't be hearing the right person being blamed here for the problems with illegal aliens.

As I wrote the other day, Biden consults with Scarborough, and Harris had dinner with him and his wife in January. That's something they shouldn't be doing to maintain their news objectivity. But of course, they don't care about that.

The video is just an astonishing window on cluelessness and what they will try to sell to the American public. Maybe their MSNBC audience will fall for it. But no one else will.

This exchange on MSNBC is unbelievable. The exact people who support Leftist policies are 1) acting surprised and confused why illegals are walking away without bail after beating cops; 2) still blaming republicans for it.
