As we previously reported on Friday, CBS announced they would no longer be posting on Twitter out of an “abundance of caution.” It wasn’t clear what they were afraid would happen if they posted on the site. But they got mocked into next week, including by people like Megyn Kelly, who pointed out how far the network has fallen.

But they couldn’t even last 48 hours before they called it quits to their leftist virtue signaling and came crawling back. They said after “pausing for much of the weekend to assess the security concerns” they were resuming tweeting while they continued to “monitor the situation.” It was quite hilarious, as though they were going to implode if they tweeted.

“Congrats on being the CNN PLUS of Twitter boycotts,” Fox News radio host Jimmy Failla wrote.

“Translation: “we virtue-signalled too impulsively and now are hastily backtracking, although we’re trying hard to avoid taking any responsibility for the consequences of our stupidity.” Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson replied.

Musk’s response was even funnier. When they left he asked why, then decided “who cares.”

He then followed it up with another meme, made by Wall Street Silver, based off the movie “Brokeback Mountain.”

Musk also mocked the New York Times in response to journalist Matt Taibbi, “It is tragic how far The New York Times has fallen – basically just boring af far left brainwashing at this point. The boring part is truly unforgivable!”

He followed that up with an attack on how they weren’t being true to their motto, “‘All the news that’s fit to print’ my ass.”

It’s quite something to see all that truth on the site after it’s been controlled by liberals for so long.

You have to know that that’s just driving the left mad, that he’s not holding back with the truth and he doesn’t seem to be afraid to skewer the media for their hypocrisy, even as he faces threats from leftists organizations and Democrats demanding that the FTC go after him. The left doesn’t realize that if he didn’t understand them before, he does now because of their attacks on him. And when he doesn’t cower in the face of their threats, that just causes them to be even more infuriated.
