We’ve seen a sudden flurry of Democratic lawmakers coming down with COVID over the past couple of days: Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO), and Rep. Matt Cartwright (D-PA).

They all are reciting the same talking points. They all were vaccinated and got the booster. But they show once again that doesn’t rule out you getting it. At what point do they stop using the term “breakthrough” in talking about such cases when they seem so frequent?

But that made me start thinking that since they all came down with it at about the same time, were they all someplace together where they could have been exposed?

That’s when I started thinking about the DNC holiday party last Tuesday night and I’m hunting down that question now. Now, I don’t know if they were there or if there was another place where they all intersected. And it’s quite possible that they didn’t get it all in the same place.

But I want to make a greater point about the confusing and hypocritical Biden/Democratic approach to this virus. Joe Biden shut down the big White House holiday party saying that it wasn’t safe because of the rise of the Omicron variant. But then he and Kamala Harris went to the massive DNC party? What kind of sense does that make?

He’s saying he regrets not having them at the White House — while they are at the massive DNC party with 400 guests.

That was the event at which he made this wild semi-coherent comment about how they were going to win in the midterms.

The DNC likely didn’t want to deny the donors from whom they get so much money. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was there, as well. But while Biden and the Democrats are constantly pushing that people should be masked, Biden has frequently blown off his own rules. And photos from the DNC event that have trickled out show people are unmasked.

So either they believe masks are effective or they do not — which is it? Because this sure looks like they’re completely blowing that off here. Yet they’re still pushing it constantly to the peons. So if they wonder why people don’t believe them and have problems with their messaging, they need look no further than their own actions.
