Dems Cried Wolf So Many Times Supporters Now Say They Don’t Believe Them

Democrats spent four years covering for the mental and physical decline of former President Joe Biden, and now staunch supporters, like radio host Charlamagne tha God, admit that they simply don't believe them anymore.

During former DNC Chair Jamie Harrison's appearance on the radio show "The Breakfast Club," the host flat-out asked Harrison why he didn't tell Biden not to run. Harrison argued that there was no way he could do that because he didn't have nearly that kind of power. (Starts at 5:58 minute mark)

"You could have and should have," the host said. "That man was too old; everybody knew he was too old. He should've been a transitional president from the beginning."

When Harrison tried to push back again, saying there was no way he could do that, the host pointed to Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson's "Original Sin: President Biden's Decline, It's Coverup, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again” book. He referenced a line about how Biden reportedly didn't know who Harrison was when he shook his hand at an event.

The former DNC chair said it was BS. "I'd rather take an old Joe Biden on a respirator right now than a god[..] Donald Trump now…."

The host said he simply didn't believe him.

"That type of rhetoric is exactly why y'all lost," Charlamagne said. "America shouldn't have to choose between a Donald Trump and an old man on a respirator."

He then warned Harrison that the party is "about to make the same mistake" because the message is still "We good, they bad. Clearly, America doesn't care about that."

"It's just hard to believe y'all now, Jamie, simply because we know what you all watched the last four years [with Biden]," the radio host said. "Even when I see somebody like Karine Jean-Pierre come out with her book. And I'm like, 'You sat up there and lied for him all of this time. And now you want to be an Independent?' All of y'all did that for the last 4 years!"

"I ain't lie about a d*mn thing," Harrison shot back.

The radio host had the perfect response and replied, "Well, you ain't tell the truth. You just kept quiet."

Boom! It appears that lying and not telling the truth about Biden is now hurting Democrats, as my RedState colleague Joe Cunningham pointed out in his letter to Democrats.

In it, he warned them that they have simply cried "wolf!" roughly “one billion times” too many about President Donald Trump and the end of democracy, such that Americans have turned their back on them.

He wrote:

Do you understand, Democrats, that you have been saying every single breath Donald Trump takes is an attack on Democracy? Are you aware that the shouting and the crying and the violent protests have turned the rest of us into the villagers who no longer believed the little boy in the story?
Understand that this is not an admission that Trump has absolutely crossed the line into full-blown despot. Trump is no less authoritarian today than he was this time last week, last month, or eight years ago. You know how I know this? Because you're still out there in front of every camera shouting that he is. A cursory glance at history would inform you that such a thing is not allowed under an actual authoritarian regime.
You have spent the last nine years predicting that everything Trump does is the worst thing ever and that we have entered the point of no return. And yet, if you look real close, the Constitution still stands. The system is still in place. In four years, we'll have another president. Life will go on.

It appears that even staunch Democrat supporters like Charlamagne tha God would agree.
