Wednesday night at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the families of service members who were killed during Joe Biden's withdrawal from Afghanistan delivered devastating remarks about the current president, his actions during and after the withdrawal, and his refusal to even acknowledge their fallen loved ones.
Multiple members spoke during the segment, but all of the remarks were so powerful that multiple media outlets and pundits referred to the moment as "powerful" and "devastating" for Joe Biden.

The speech was part of the RNC's Wednesday night theme, which was centered around safety. It was indeed a powerful moment for the Republican nominee and a brutal one for Biden.
Not to be outdone, MSNBC cut away from the RNC just as the Gold Star families took the stage. Instead, they had the DNC Chairman on, apparently cracking jokes during the speech.
