A federal judge has ruled Dylann Roof is competent to stand trial on 9 counts of murder.
Roof opened fire, shot and killed nine people at the Mother Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina, in June 2015. Jury selection will resume on Monday, November 28th.
