Alleged Whistleblower Threatens to Blow the Lid on Biden Family Corruption

An alleged whistleblower is threatening to blow the lid on the Biden family’s corruption after he was arrested in Cyprus on what he calls trumped-up charges.

Gal Luft, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, was arrested in Cyprus and charged with illegally selling weapons to Libya and China. Luft’s lawyers assert that the charges are part of a scheme to protect the First Family, and they are now signaling a willingness to provide information to the US Congress.

This comes via The Free Beacon.

Gal Luft, the co-director of the Washington-based Institute for the Analysis of Global Security, says he provided information about Hunter Biden, his father, and his uncle, Jim Biden, to the Justice Department in March 2019. Luft served as an adviser to CEFC China Energy, a conglomerate that “aligned itself so closely with the Chinese government that it was often hard to distinguish between the two,” according to CNN. The group, which donated at least $350,000 to Luft’s think tank, paid Hunter Biden at least $6 million in 2017 to procure energy investment deals in the United States…

…Luft’s threat to “name names” comes after his arrest in Cyprus on Feb. 16 on charges that he illegally sold weapons to Libya and China. Luft asserts that the United States is seeking his extradition as part of a “politically motivated” payback for his exposure of the Bidens.

“DOJ is trying to bury me to protect Joe, Jim & Hunter Biden,” Luft said. An Israeli lawyer for Luft claims his client provided information about Hunter Biden to the FBI in 2019.

While Luft’s claims might otherwise be easily dismissed as a bluff, his connection to CEFC China Energy suggests he may know something about the Bidens. And an American lawyer for Luft has signaled he will provide information to Congress about Luft’s case.

According to Luft’s legal team, information on Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and Jim Biden was handed over to the FBI all the way back in 2019. That’s in the same timeframe that Timothy Thibault was heading up the investigation into the president’s son. Thibault was later fired for concealing evidence for partisan reasons.

Has that information resurfaced within the FBI or did Thibault bury it for good? That’s a question we don’t have an answer to. Regardless, if Luft has the evidence he claims to have, it would behoove him to get it to the House Oversight Committee immediately. The longer this stews, the less credible he is going to seem.

Regardless, this doesn’t smell like a bluff. Multiple people involved in CEFC China Energy have already gone to jail despite the FBI inexplicably steering clear of Hunter Biden, who himself was knee-deep in the goings-on of the conglomerate. Another whistleblower and former Hunter Biden business associate, Tony Bobulinksi, also claims to have met with Joe Biden and Jim Biden about the matter.

The longer this drags on without the DOJ and FBI making a move, the more politically motivated those outfits seem. It appears to be a slam dunk that Hunter Biden broke gun laws in his purchase of a firearm (which he later illegally discarded as well). Where are the charges? Never mind the tax fraud allegations which reportedly have substantial evidence behind them. Is the Biden administration slow-walking the investigations until after the 2024 election?

That wouldn’t surprise me, and it’s going to be up to House Republicans to expose all this as quickly as possible so that public pressure is applied. If Luft truly has the goods, he can’t delay.
