Much has occurred at Stop the Steal rallies across the country, but here’s a first.

Apparently, one Stopped the Career.

On Thursday, the Oregon Medical Board voted to revoke a doctor’s license to practice.

As reported by NBC News, Dr. Steven LaTulippe spoke at such a protest on November 7th, during which he prodded participants to uncover their noses and mouths.

A video reveals him referring to the coronavirus as a “common cold” amid condemnation of government lockdown.

Per Steven, “The purpose was only to shut down the American people.”

And he implored ’em to show themselves:

“This is a threat to your freedom, a threat to our Constitution. I petition all of you, please, take off the mask of shame. It is a mask that is just designed to control you and to shut you down.”

Furthermore, the guy admitted to not wearing a mask when he treated patients:

“[I] hate to tell you this — it might scare you — but I, and my staff, none of us once wore a mask in my clinic. Not once.”

To hear him tell it, it didn’t matter:

“And how many problems did we have in our clinic from that? Zero. Absolutely none. I treated approximately 75 cases of COVID. The last time I saw a COVID case was on February 10th of this past year. I’ve seen nothing this year, I’ve seen no flu yet this year, and we have been utterly duped. And I want you to know that this is insanity.”

The family medicine specialist from Dallas, Oregon also insisted the virus is smaller than N95 masks can block.

Dr. Steven hasn’t seen hide nor hair of the Wuhan Flu in months:

“Please don’t be duped. You have an immune system. I treated 75 cases. They were all better in a week. Not one of my patients went to the hospital, not one of them was admitted for coronavirus. Do not let them put you into a state of fear. That is oppression.”

Additionally, he claimed the virus is “rapidly-mutating, and that “COVID-19 is no more. It has already mutated.”

The self-described “retired Air Force officer” and ordained minister said he was there to “expose” “coronamania.”

Well, it seems the medical board caught revokemania, and now the doctor’s without a means to work.

Here’s details courtesy of NBC:

According to the emergency suspension, LaTulippe in July allegedly told a patient who asked for guidance on when to get tested for the coronavirus that asymptomatic people should not be tested and that wearing a mask does not prevent transmission. LaTulippe directed the patient not to self-isolate because being around other people would provide immunity from Covid-19, according to the state board’s documents.

The medical board also found that LaTulippe and his staff refused to wear masks in the clinic and urged patients to remove their own masks. Medical board investigators who visited LaTulippe said there were no screening procedures upon entering the premises and no hand sanitizer was available in the waiting area.

As a result of these findings, the medical board ruled that LaTulippe “constitutes an immediate danger to the public, and presents a serious danger to the public health and safety.”

But wait — there’s more: As noted by The Daily Wire, Steven told the Salem Statesman Journal his office has employed strict pandemic precautions and that the governor’s overstepping her bounds.

From the Wire:

He has asked symptomatic patients to wear a mask to protect him during examinations, LaTulippe said. He called an executive order from Democratic Governor Kate Brown requiring health care professionals to wear face coverings “an illegal mandate.”

Steven laid it out:

“She has no jurisdiction to be imposing shutdowns and to be telling any doctor how to practice medicine. I don’t think she knows as much as I do about microbiology, virology, epidemiology and infectious disease.”

TDW observes Steven’s advice is in direct conflict with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which encourages “well-fitting cloth face masks or facemasks to cover a person’s mouth and nose” to prevent the spread.

The CDC directs:

Source control measures are recommended for everyone in a healthcare facility, even if they do not have symptoms of COVID-19.

So how long will Dr. Steven’s license be removed? According to The Daily Wire, “indefinitely.”

And so the world tumbles on down the rugged road of This Present Pandemic.
