Once again our favorite congressperson from the great, rotting state of New York, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, or AOC, has checked in once again with some of her millennial wisdom that we all do crave to hear. I know I always have loved when she steps up to the plate and lays some of her homespun wisdom on the unwashed masses, to tell us all how the world should be.

Some of my recent past favorites of her spouting off have been where she could not STOP lecturing people about getting vaxxed and wearing masks in public, and went down to Florida. This was covered here at RedState AOC Comes Down With COVID After Partying in Florida. From that article…

AOC accused Republicans who were critical of her of being sexually obsessed with her and wanting to date her.

She donned the mask when she came back to New York about five days ago and attacked Republicans in a weird rant about her boyfriend’s feet.

It seemed sort of silly, given how she had just been partying down in Florida, but then again, it’s New York, land of the COVID restrictions. Clearly, she didn’t wear the mask because she thought it would be protective; otherwise, she would have worn it in Florida, regardless of whatever the rules in Florida were.

Whoopsie.

Then her obsession with another congressperson who just loves to flaunt her Second Amendment rights and tweeted a pic of her family bearing arms. AOC Loses Her Mind Over Lauren Boebert’s Christmas Gun Pic…

That sent Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) over the edge and she accused Boebert of not being about the true spirit of Christmas. She and Boebert have been going at each other of late.

“Tell me again where Christ said “use the commemoration of my birth to flex violent weapons for personal political gain”? lol @ all the years Republicans spent on cultural hysteria of society “erasing Christmas and it’s meaning” when they’re doing that fine all on their own,” AOC claimed. “When you pose in front of a Christmas Tree and can name all those guns but can’t name the gifts of the Wise Men,” she continued.

She is a biblical scholar on top of everything else — how glorious.

So, earlier today, when I was listening to “Outnumbered” on Fox News and heard the wonderful Harris Faulkner introduce a story about AOC by calling her a “Gloom Princess,” my ears of course perked up, and I dropped what I was doing to hear what the lass was up to.

“Squad” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., claimed there is a “very real risk” that America will not be a democracy in 10 years and will “return to Jim Crow.”

Ocasio-Cortez was asked if she believed the United States would have a democracy in 10 years, prompting her to push another wild claim in an interview that was published Monday.

“I think there’s a very real risk that we will not,” the New York Democrat told the New Yorker in an interview published Monday. “What we risk is having a government that perhaps postures as a democracy, and may try to pretend that it is, but isn’t.”

“I think we will look like ourselves. I think we will return to Jim Crow,” Ocasio-Cortez continued in her interview with the New Yorker. “I think that’s what we risk.”

This is one of the most glorious word salads anyone from the progressive side of the spectrum has come up with. We will not be a democracy, but return to Jim Crow? Under what wide-eyed, crazy, drunken theory in some extra credit college class did this nonsense get cooked up in? Maybe the same one that says that biologically born men can pretend they are women in sports.

I thought so.

If anything, the United States risks falling into the larger government control trap that has been sprung on our Canadian friends by AOC male wannabe Justin Trudeau. Trudeau Officially Enacts Autocratic ‘Emergency Powers,’ Gives Surreal Press Conference.

Canada’s citizens are being dictated to by a progressive, who has hailed Fidel Castro as a great leader and suspended basic civil liberties to stop peaceful protests because he does not agree with their view. This centers around the COVID overreach that the Canadian and American governments have done. The very things that AOC, of course, has supported.

That is the direction we are headed, and AOC would have zero problems with that.

In the meantime, I hope she keeps talking and saying whatever pops into that marvelous li’l mind of hers. I know that Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the old guard Dems are watching.
