Sean Hannity's Latest Conspiracy Theory Post Is Special (and Kind of Gross)

Ooohhh, Sean. What are you doing?

So the sensational headline read: “PORTRAIT PERVERSION: Obama Portrait Features ‘Secret Sperm,’ Artist Joked About ‘Killing Whitey.’ “

This was a piece released Tuesday on Sean Hannity’s website. It was even tweeted out, but after a bit, was taken down.

The article was a doozy, and there are people over at InfoWars now who are on their knees, in tribute:

“The widening scandal surrounding former President Barack Obama’s official portrait continued to swirl on Tuesday, with shocking allegations the artist included ‘secret sperm cells’ within the painting and once joked about ‘Killing Whitey’ during an interview,” the post read.

It went on to claim that “industry insiders” allege that Wiley’s “trademark technique” is the insertion of “sperm within his paintings.”

Ok. Let’s distinguish truth from bat-crap crazy.

The scumbag, Wiley, absolutely has painted images of black women holding the severed heads of white women (I wrote about that here, yesterday), and said it was sort of a play on the “kill whitey” theme.

Not ok.

He didn’t joke about killing anybody. He just mentioned the term, as I stated above.

Still not ok.

The rest, about secret sperm hidden somewhere in the painting, itself, is total tinfoil hat fodder.

Whoever wrote the piece (I’m not saying it was Hannity) was mindlessly venting and making stuff up out of thin air.

Hannity is now claiming innocence, making the far leap that he has “standards” for his website.

And Hannity has now responded to the kerfuffle, claiming his “web staff posted content that was not reviewed by me before publication.”

The semen post “does not reflect my voice and message,” he added, “and, therefore, I had it taken down.”

It was not reviewed by him, but he still tweeted it out, before taking it down.

He tweeted it out. With that title.

This is the guy who ran with the Seth Rich hoax for months, even after the parents begged him to stop.

But sperm is a step too far.

I want to believe there are still things Sean Hannity can do that would cause me to be shocked, but there really aren’t.

He has gone off the deep end.

And I don’t want to know what he’s swimming in.
