1. Kavanaugh paints the allegation in much more stark terms than his last statement. He says it is false.
2. There is zero wiggle room for anyone to claim that they remembered events differently, he says it didn’t happen.
3. These kinds of statements from embattled nominees have to be approved by the White House.
