While serving as Missouri’s Attorney General, Eric Schmitt pursued some key litigation, pushing back on COVID tyranny and some of the worst of the Biden administration’s agenda items and joining forces with Louisiana AG Jeff Landry to push for answers from the government regarding its coordination with Big Tech to tamp down on so-called “misinformation.”
When Schmitt won the Senate race the first question became who would replace him as AG. The next one was: Would his successor continue to pursue answers in Missouri v. Biden just as aggressively as Schmitt had?
We have an answer to that now. On Friday, Andrew Bailey tweeted out an update regarding the latest developments in the suit noting that discovery had yielded e-mails from the White House to Twitter asking for the removal of tweets that didn’t comport with the preferred narrative and attempting to reduce the reach of high-profile accounts questioning the vaccines on other platforms like YouTube.
Bailey concluded the thread by stating the e-mails confirm the administration’s collusion with social media companies “to stifle opposing voices,” and vowing to “continue to push back against this blatant attack on the 1st Amendment with every tool at [his] disposal.”
“These emails confirm what we’ve known all along, the Biden Admin. has been colluding with social media companies to stifle opposing voices. I will continue to push back against this blatant attack on the 1st Amendment with every tool at my disposal.” –@AGAndrewBailey (9/9)

Good to know Bailey’s taking the baton and running with it.
