'Stalled': CNN Data Guru Harry Enten Is Back With Even More Bad News for Kamala HQ

With just a little over two weeks to go before Election Day, the media narrative that Vice President Kamala Harris has all the momentum as we hit the home stretch continues to persist, with the goal no doubt being to demoralize supporters of the Trump-Vance ticket and to depress turnout in the process.

But as the old saying goes, the devil is always in the details, and the details show that the big "mo" has swung slowly but surely into GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump's direction.

This is evidenced, for instance, by the fact that Trump has claimed all the battleground states in polling for this election cycle for the first time according to RealClearPolitics averages.

As further evidence, we turn to polling numbers cruncher Harry Enten, who unlike others at CNN actually cares about presenting accurate information for the audience to the best of his ability despite the prevailing narratives being pushed by his colleagues.

On a Friday morning segment of CNN News Central, Enten explained how Trump's net favorability ranking had changed dramatically for the better since 2016 (despite, of course, the media's/left's/NeverTrump's best efforts otherwise), which is perhaps why Harris is "on the attack."

On the other hand, her momentum, Enten also noted, has "stalled," which is another reason she's become more aggressive in attacking Trump in recent weeks:

"I think there are a lot of folks such as myself who think Donald Trump's unpopularity is baked in. But here's the deal: If you believe that Donald Trump has somehow become less popular over time, let me change your mind about that In fact, he is more popular at this point in the campaign than he was at this point in the 2020 campaign or the 2016 campaign.

Look, he's still underwater with a negative nine-point net favorability rating, but that is higher than he was in 2020.. when he nearly won and it is way higher [than it was in 2016] when he did win. So I think there's this real question in Kamala Harris' mind, in the campaign's mind, why is Trump more popular now than he was at this point in 2020 and 2016."

Even though there's not a lot of time left between now and November 5th, there's still plenty of time for anything to happen that could potentially shake this race to the core in either direction. This is why it's critical at this point for the Trump campaign to keep the pedal to the metal and act like they are double digits behind so that way when all is said and done, they can say "we gave it our absolute best" - and (hopefully) come away victorious.
