MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle ‘Goes There’ in Rant on Kamala Harris as Border Crisis Worsens

As the case has been since President Joe Biden first put her in charge of dealing with the border crisis back in March, a lot of people over the last week or so have been asking “Where’s Vice President Kamala Harris” as the situation at the southern border further deteriorates and the administration shamelessly gaslights over the matter.

Among them has been MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle, which is very surprising considering like a lot of media figures at the network dubbed “MSDNC” she has a penchant for acting more like an apologist/spokesperson for Democrats rather than someone who will hold them accountable.

On her program Monday, Ruhle was joined by NBC News correspondents Julia Ainsley and Morgan Chesky to discuss the surge of illegal immigrants, thousands of who are camped out at the Del Rio, Texas/Mexico border as we saw from stunning video footage shared by Fox News reporter Bill Melugin over the last several days.

At one point during the segment, Ruhle – appearing exasperated – launched into a mini-“where’s Kamala?” rant, inquiring about what her message might be if she was actually speaking up publicly on the issue instead of remaining silent or preoccupied with other things few people know about since she’s oddly been keeping a low profile.

“How about the message from our Vice President, where is she?” Ruhle wondered. “She was supposed to be in charge of all of these migration issues, going to those Northern Triangle countries – that’s obviously not Haiti, that was one of her first international trips with the message ‘do not come here illegally.”

“People aren’t listening,” Ruhle continued. “What is she saying now?”

“Well, we haven’t heard a lot from the Vice President,” Ainsley noted before pointing out that Mexico at one point had been assisting in keeping some migrants from going into Texas but got flooded with migrants themselves so much to the point that they started waving buses full of them on through.

Watch:

As to the answer to Ruhle’s question, over the weekend Harris took the time to do the coin toss for a college football game in Washington, D.C. between Hampton and her alma mater Howard. She was to meet with Melinda Gates this morning to discuss the Wuhan virus pandemic. She is scheduled to talk with various world leaders this week, and this coming Friday, she’ll cap off the week by sitting down for an in-studio “interview” with her gal pals at “The View.”

But as to speaking publicly on the border crisis or visiting the area? Or holding a presser and actually taking questions? Don’t count on it. Perhaps it’s for the best, though, because now is the time for the utmost seriousness, not her infamous cackling.
