We've been reporting on the chaotic ICE facility incident that three New Jersey House Democrats were involved with last week. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) then threatened Trump officials if they arrested the Democrats for their alleged actions.

It's not clear exactly what he was threatening to do. But it's wrong, and could be interpreted as trying to intimidate federal officials.

But that's not the only chaotic ICE incident this past week. We reported on a wild scene in Massachusetts as about 25 people tried to stop ICE from arresting a woman.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, the woman, Ferreira de Oliveira, had been arrested by local police for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery on a pregnant woman.

But that didn't stop those people from coming out and trying to stop her from being taken away. You even had a girl with a baby in her arms standing in front of the car with de Oliveira. Two people were arrested during the chaos.

ICE had to call the Worcester Police to help and the local police declared an illegal assembly. ICE and the Worcester Police union were particularly disturbed with District Councilor for the City of Worcester, Etel Haxhiaj, who they said incited the crowd.

The union claimed Haxhaij assaulted officers and called for an ethics investigation into her actions. However, Haxhiaj was not arrested during the chaos.

It even got the attention of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Leah Foley, and she's not happy about it at all. She announced in a formal statement that they were now investigating.

"The interference with ICE operations around Massachusetts has been disturbing, to say the least. This conduct poses significant public and officer safety risks. It is conduct that should be vilified rather than glorified," Foley said in a statement.

"I will not stand idly by if any public official, public safety officer, organization or private citizen acts in a manner that criminally obstructs or impedes ICE operations. The United States Attorney’s Office, along with our federal partners, will investigate any violations of federal law and pursue charges that are warranted by such activity," she added.

Hopefully, that's an indication that there's someone with sanity in authority in Massachusetts and we will be seeing if she takes action in this case.

People blocked the car, tried to interfere, and obstructed the police, screaming throughout. Foley should look at this video and others. There are a variety of actions that she might find interesting.
