NEW: Chuck Schumer's Bizarre Remarks About GOP in the Gym and What He's Focused On

The Democrats are a complete mess right now; they don't know which end is up. The radicals in the House are pushing division, trying to go even further left to mollify the leftist base. But that isn't where the American people are generally, so that basically guarantees Democrats won't win if they continue to follow down this path.

Democrats are furious at their leaders like Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) for going along with the Republican CR, and he even postponed his book tour because of the anger for security reasons.

I think that might have been one of the reasons he was trying to act tough during an interview on "The View" that we reported on earlier. He attacked Republican Americans without much sense of what he sounded like.

That just showed how out of touch he was. Yes, Chuck, most Americans don't want the government to take their money, and they want less government. When you array yourself on the side against the people cutting government and waste, you're not on the side of the American people. You're not on the side of history.

But that wasn't the only wild comment from Schumer. He was asked about the reports that some Democrats were urging Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) to run against him in 2028 in a NY Times interview.

His response?

That’s a long time away. I am focused on bringing Trump’s numbers down, his popularity down, exposing what he has done to America and what he will do. That’s my focus right now. You know, three years from now is a long way to speculate. I believe that my hard work against Trump will pay off.

What a thing to confess. President Donald Trump is concentrated on doing things like bringing down prices and securing the border — and he's doing it. But Schumer is concentrated on attacking Trump. That pretty much says it all. It's all they've been truly concentrating on for ten years.

There was another comment that had people wondering just what Schumer was talking about. If he wanted to appear tough in his comments on "The View," I'm not sure what he was going for here. Needless to say, it wasn't sounding tough.

"I am hopeful that our Republican colleagues will resume working with us and I talk to them. One of the places is in the gym, when you're on that bike, in your shorts, panting away next to a Republican. A lot of the inhibitions come off."

That had a lot of people laughing and wondering just what kind of a gym experience Schumer was having. And I'm sure that's going to give Democrats confidence in their leader.

Talk about a truly bizarre comment.

President Trump's speech to a joint session of Congress has radical Democrats in panic mode, and their childish protests won't stop all of the winning.
