I don't know what they did to hype Joe Biden up for the debate. 

Whatever it was, he sounded like he was on speed at the beginning. As the debate went on, he got slower and more confused. He kept staring with this blank look on his face that was frankly scary.

So much of what he said was unintelligible, even for me, who listens to him all the time. Or just completely confused, like this line about trillionaires:

There is no audience, Joe. Is he seeing an audience that isn't there? 

But there was one moment that was truly bizarre when they were talking about abortion. Biden tried to respond and it was practically incoherent. I think he was talking about people getting abortions in the case of rape, but he started talking about incest and then claimed that women being raped by their "brothers and sisters" were seeking abortions. What the heck?

Odd that Biden wants to talk about incest. 

Women raping their sisters? Does he even know what he's saying? Don't answer that -- we know he doesn't. Meanwhile, most abortions have nothing to do with rape. 

There were a lot of moments where Biden said things that were nuts, but this truly went over the slide. 

Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump hit it out of the park on virtually every issue. He was calm, measured, knowledgeable, and gave facts, while Biden flailed, lied, and made no sense. 

At this point, no one with any credibility could say that Biden did anything other than implode.
