Fox's Bill Melugin has been doing a bang-up job covering the massive problem of illegal aliens coming across the border. 

So you know that if he finds something pretty stunning, after all he's seen, it has to be pretty bad. 

Melugin was commenting on the massive line of illegal aliens that flooded across the river from Mexico into Eagle Pass, Texas, early Monday morning, just after midnight, “Earlier this morning in Eagle Pass, we witnessed one of the largest mass illegal crossings we have ever seen," Melugin said.

Melugin describes the video, taken from the Mexican side of the border, showing more than 2,500 people in a massive line crossing the river into Eagle Pass. The Mexican National Guard just stood there, not knowing how to deal with such a massive line of people. 

Melugin said they essentially "bum-rushed" the border.

The bitter irony of Biden's failure to defend the border? This was right next to a port of entry, where they could have entered within the system, but the illegal aliens didn't care because no one holds them to account if they enter illegally. There's "little to no fear of consequences," Melugin said. 

Melugin then showed the drone footage after the illegal aliens had made it to the other side of the border -- the massive number of people being processed there by the border patrol -- mostly single adults. Then they're just going to be released into the country. 

But Melugin then showed what's coming next, a train in Zacatecas, Mexico, packed with hundreds of cheering people on their way to the border -- they will be next in line rushing the border. Melugin warned that there were more trains like this on the way.

Melugin explained how his CBP sources said they were overwhelmed, “[CBP sources] are getting close to a breaking point … They feel the border has never been worse.”

But Joe Biden has not only done nothing to stop this, he's done everything to make it worse. He stopped everything that former President Donald Trump had put in place that had helped the problem. Indeed, he seems to think this is fine and dandy. The CBP is no longer a "border patrol" preventing people from entering illegally; it's a baby-sitting travel agent service under Joe Biden. 

Multiple members of Congress blasted this and the failure of action by the Biden team.

He's right. We reported on the Democrats' gaslighting on this, and it's more than time that the Republicans take some real action. The only way this is going to stop is to start cutting off the money and holding people accountable.
