Kamala Harris did an interview with the “Today Show” that aired today and covered a variety of topics, but was primarily to push for ‘voting rights,’ the Democrats’ effort to federalize elections.

The whole Democratic effort is a lie to miscast election integrity laws and grab control of elections. As I noted yesterday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer even admitted it was about keeping Democrats in office. But the Democrats are shameless in their efforts.

Harris attacked and blamed the Republicans.

“I will not absolve the 50 Republicans in the United States Senate from responsibility, from upholding one of the most basic tenants of our democracy which is free and fair elections and access to the ballot for all eligible voters,” Harris said.

When she was specifically asked about Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) who are on record as not being in favor of overturning the filibuster to allow the Democrats to make this power grab, Harris went after them as well.

“I don’t think anyone should be absolved from the responsibility of preserving and protecting our democracy especially when they took an oath to protect our Constitution.”

This is nonsensical, since no one is being denied the right to vote and they can’t even support this position. Indeed, as Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) noted, Georgia, one of the states that Joe Biden attacked in his disgusting speech, has more available voting than does Joe Biden’s state of Delaware.

Not to mention, if they think they’re going to get Manchin and Sinema on their side by continuously pounding them and now attacking them for not upholding their constitutional responsibility, I think they have another thing coming. Plus, it’s not just Manchin and Sinema who have issues with doing away the filibuster.

But while one might expect Harris to be on board with pushing the Democratic agenda on ‘voting rights,’ she didn’t appear to be on board with Joe Biden once again when it came to running with him in 2024. When she was asked what one might think a pro forma question about running again with Biden, after the Biden team has already said that he would be running again, she wouldn’t give the pro forma answer.

Harris was even asked if she heard about the ridiculous rumor of a Biden-Cheney ticket. She denied it. But her long pause in responding is fascinating. Something is up there. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has already said that Biden intends to run again, so why is there the reluctance on Harris’ part to say it? This is the second time she’s refused to answer the question. It would seem that she doesn’t want to commit to Biden.

Harris was also grilled over the failure to adequately address the pandemic, which now has more people dead under Joe Biden than there were under President Donald Trump even with the vaccines, time, tests, and treatments developed. Biden had promised tests by the beginning of January , which we are already past, and we still don’t have them available. Now Harris said she thought they might be in next week, despite the reports it would be weeks yet. She gets snippy when pressed and says, “We are doing it!”

No, you’re not and you didn’t answer his question about whether you should have done it sooner. Meanwhile, Americans are up a creek without a paddle if they want a test. Biden and Harris are telling you to “Google” to figure out where you can get one.

I’m not sure why they put either Harris or Biden out to speak anymore because whenever they do, it just comes out a mess and it doesn’t help them at all. It just makes Americans more convinced that these people have no idea what they are doing.
