As the Biden team runs away from calling out the Communist regime in Cuba by name for the error of their ideology and how that ideology has hurt the Cuban people over the past 62 years, the media is trying to find another whipping boy to blame the protests on in addition to trying to blame the pandemic.

Of course, with the media, when there’s anything bad happening, who is to blame? President Donald Trump, of course.

So for some, they’re trying to blame him here, too.

Here’s CBS News repeating the Cuban leader’s propaganda blaming the U.S. because of the embargo that has existed for decades. Then CBS tried to blame Trump for getting tough on the Communist government because of them sponsoring terrorism.

“The Trump administration passed many more regulations, many more sanctions against it, which basically has cut off all income coming into Cuba,” CBS News producer Portia Siegelbaum claimed. “I think that the Biden administration at least said at the beginning he was going to review this policy and make changes, but nothing has happened.” It’s noted that the producer is “based out of Cuba.” Obviously absorbing all the propaganda as well, I see.

Not only is CBS trying to blame Trump, but they’re also either too ignorant to realize that relieving the sanctions would help the very government that the people are rising up against, or they want to help that Communist government. Because the sanctions have nothing to do with hurting humanitarian aid to the people.

The people are not yelling “lift the sanctions,” they’re yelling “freedom” and “down with the dictatorship.” The Cuban economy has been crumbling because of the Communist government for the past 62 years. It has nothing to do with Trump.

Even Joe Biden in his statement in response, while lacking on a lot of levels for not calling out the ideology, still did put the blame on the government, properly, for being authoritarian and “enriching themselves.”

Is there anything the media wouldn’t try to blame on Trump? Is he also responsible for the tyranny of the Communist leaders who are even now trying to repress the people and shut down the voices by shutting off the internet and attacking dissidents in the streets? Could it be that’s what the people have had enough of?
