As RedState reported, the House of Representatives officially impeached Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas on February 13.

Whether it is presidential candidates like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (I), former President Donald Trump (R), Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA), or GOP senators, they have all visited the southern border, and whether they are Republican or Independent, they came to the same conclusion: Biden's policy is open borders, which allows human smuggling and drugs such as fentanyl to pour into America.

According to a report, new legislation will be introduced by Rep. Stephanie Bice (R-OK) that would cut Mayorkas' salary each time he delays the release of border encounter statistics.

The new legislation from Congresswoman Stephanie Bice (R-OK), however, would require the agency to release monthly border encounter numbers within seven days of the end of each month. Failure to release the figures on time would result in a 25 percent decrease in the salary of the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security the following month.

Bice explained the idea:

In an attempt to hide the monthly illegal crossings, they consistently withhold information until late on Fridays or even the weekends to attempt to hide the truth from Americans. Our border is out of control and the lack of accountability is fostering chaos. My legislation, the Timely Reporting Act, restores transparency and forces the Biden Administration to report illegal migration data in a timely fashion. If they fail to do their job, they will be held accountable and face cuts to their salaries.

This is a smart tactic by the Congresswoman as illegals from China, Ecuador, Turkey, Syria, all over the Middle East, China, and parts of Central and South America are trying to enter the country.

As Bill Melugin reports, almost all those people coming through Jacumba, California, are single adults. There used to be mothers, children, and families coming here to seek a better life. However, lately, they have been middle-aged as well as military-aged men, which should raise the alarm, but Democrats don't think it matters, or they simply don't care. 

It is a slap in the face to legal immigrants who did it the right way -- they went through the paperwork, the two-part naturalization test, and the rest of the process, yet now, illegals can come in without any requirements? That explains why Biden is losing support among immigrant communities, including Hispanics. 

America is a welcoming country; we take in the most immigrants, but those people came here the legal way -- they came in the right way -- and most of those folks actually help grow the economy. From Melugin's post, the people he was speaking to seem to be taking advantage of the broken border and want to plow their way through to America. 

Immigration will be a key issue in the 2024 general election, and as the crisis gets worse, the Democrats will be left with no choice but to actually take action, not simply present legislation that gives most of the money to another country.
