FLOTUS Stuns in Shimmering Black Dress at Joint Sessions Address

As America waited to see President Trump’s first address to the joint session of Congress the first person to capture the attention of all watching was FLOTUS. Mrs. Trump’s shimmering black belted jacket and pencil skirt was a stark departure from the more stylish but understated FLOTUS ensembles in Congressional history.
