Look, this isn’t a political discussion. It’s an aesthetic one. I will be called petty here, but this needs to be addressed: It was ill-advised for Donald Trump to re-apply a spray tan so close to a debate where he would be standing in front of a red background. He looked like John Boehner blushing.
Look at that. LOOK AT IT. If it weren’t for the suit, he’d practically be camouflaged. It’s almost poetic. The one thing Trump needed to do was be less visible, and he was so close to facing into the background.
His tie. Oh my God, his tie matches the background and is roughly 1.5 shades darker than his face. This was a terrible idea, Donald. Why did you do this? Who let this happen? I want names.
You can actually see ACTIVE CAMOUFLAGE going into effect here. He is mad, and his adapting mechanism, like an octopus ready to strike, is trying to blend into the background. But it doesn’t work because of the damn suit. And, you’re in the South, Donald. If you want to use camouflage, go out and buy some Mossy Oak Break-Up like the rest of us. This is embarrassing.
