ARCHER: Hunter Biden and Burisma Exec Zlochevsky 'Called DC' to Get Ukrainian Prosecutor Fired

Shortly after former Hunter Biden business associate Devon Archer’s transcribed interview with three members of the House Judiciary Committee and Rep. James Comer of the House Oversight Committee concluded Monday afternoon, Fox News’ Chad Pergram laid out information he obtained from a source familiar with what happened in the interview. As Susie Moore wrote earlier, the Bidens essentially sold access as their “brand.”

According to Pergram:

Archer has testified…that there was value…in adding Hunter Biden to Burisma’s board to promote what they’re terming “the brand.” Now, the argument was that then-Vice President Joe Biden brought the most value to the brand. Now, Archer stated that Burisma would have gone under if it were not for, quote, “the brand.”

“The brand” refers to the Biden family brand, or the only product Hunter and Joe Biden had to sell.

The testimony today revealed that Hunter Biden, quote, “called D.C. about that matter,” and Archer testified that Hunter Biden put his father, then the Vice President, on the speakerphone more than 20 times. And Archer testified that President Biden was there to sell…”the brand.”

Now, in 2014, the Vice President – then the Vice President attended a business dinner at Cafe Milano, a ritzy place here in Washington D.C., with [Elena Baturina] the widow of former Moscow mayor, who was then an oligarch. But when the Biden administration took over, President Biden was in the White House, they never put sanctions on that oligarch.

So we have two occasions on which Joe Biden, as Vice President of the United States, participated in business meetings with Hunter’s foreign business partners, partners who weren’t just foreign citizens, but foreign citizens who either were former officials in that government or the widow of a former official. Those foreign business partners were also known to be involved in government corruption – Mykola Zlochevsky, founder of Burisma, granted his own company lucrative oil and gas contracts while serving as Natural Resources minister for Ukraine, and Baturina “became Russia’s only female billionaire when her plastics company, Inteko, received a series of Moscow municipal contracts while her husband was mayor,” according to a 2020 U.S. Senate report, and both of them seem to have received a massive benefit from their payments to the Biden family.

Hunter Biden received $3.5 million from Baturina in 2014 via a series of wire transfers, the majority of which went through Rosemont Seneca Partners, an investment firm Biden and Archer founded in 2009, along with Chris Heinz, John Kerry’s stepson. The wire transfers all listed “Loan Agreement” in the details section, according to the New York Post.

Pergram also outlined what he was told in a Twitter thread that contained additional information.

Pergram’s fourth tweet is extremely important because it is essentially sworn testimony from an eyewitness stating that Mykola Zlochevsky was on the phone with both Hunter and Joe Biden (assuming that “called DC” means called Joe Biden, and there is no other reasonable assumption to make) regarding what Zlochevsky and Pozharski needed regarding Burisma. The call ostensibly was made from Hunter’s phone, so Zlochevsky couldn’t have recorded it from that end, but it’s entirely possible Zlochevsky was wearing a wire and recorded it, since it reportedly was on speakerphone.

As a reminder, BHR, or Bohai Harvest, is a partnership between Rosemont Seneca Partners and various Chinese state-owned entities. That company did not exist until Joe Biden was Vice President, so any phone call with Jonathan Li of BHR would have occurred while Joe was Vice President. Meaning, the Vice President of the United States was making personal business deals with the Chinese government.
