One would think that the Russiagate hoax would be out of style after so many years of being the left’s preferred narrative. But despite the fact that Russia collusion is so 2020, media activist Jemele Hill recently tried to give it the ol’ Lazarus treatment and resurrect it with a bit of race-baiting sprinkled in for good measure.

In one of her more ludicrous posts on Twitter, Hill claimed that if President Trump is not punished for putting a gun to the head of every rioter at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 and forcing them to storm the building, white people are going to go buck wild.

On Sunday, she tweeted, “The Russians created chaos in the 2016 election by flooding our social media networks with misinformation and racial division. If this coup attempt isn’t dealt with harshly, America’s enemies will know they can weaponize white people to do their bidding without consequence.”

Despite what the Rachel Maddows of the world have asserted, investigations have failed to turn up a shred of evidence proving that President Trump or members of his 2016 campaign team colluded with the Russian government to swing the election result. But even before Mueller gave the left the bad news, anyone with a mustard seed of common sense could see that the Democrats and their close friends and allies in the activist media were lying to the American public.

Moreover, it has already been shown that Russia’s feeble efforts did not influence the election in a significant way. Even The Washington Post had to admit that their campaign didn’t swing any votes one way or another.

But the most foolish part of the tweet was that Hill pretends that not throwing Trump into the gulag will somehow cause white Americans to become weapons used to spread their bigoted views through violence and mayhem. It is a claim that is so absurd that it is amazing that anyone would actually believe it.

Of course, Hill knows that this type of bizarre thinking is only popular on the far left. She is simply pandering to the Marxist crowd on the left. It is this braindead bloviating that turns off the rest of America. You would have thought that the left learned their lesson. But it seems that recent events have given them a false sense of security, the type that will likely bite them in the future.
