There aren’t any details just yet, but something happened that caused the Secret Service to grab a hold of Donald Trump and whisk him off the stage and fast.

UPDATE: Still no details but whatever is, it wasn’t too serious as Trump is back on stage.

A Homeland Security official confirms the @ABC report: no gun found, crowd panicked as a guy tried to raise a sign; someone shouted "gun."
